1. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow three to five business days for your order to be processed and seven to ten days for delivery.

3. Are there shipping costs involved?
Price Chopper gift cards are shipped free of charge.

4. Can gift card orders be sent anonymously to another person?
No, we cannot send gift card orders anonymously.

5. Is there a limit to the number of gift cards or dollar amount I can order?
Any limitation that is placed lies within your credit limit.

6. What gift card denominations are available?
$15, $20, $25, $30, $50, $75, $100, $200 and $250 gift cards can be ordered.

7. Can I pick up my order at my local Price Chopper?
No, gift card orders will be shipped directly to the address provided.

8. What if I want to cancel an order?
Please contact our Customer Communication Center at 1-800-666-7667 (option 1) to cancel your order.

9. Can I personalize a Price Chopper gift card?
No, Price Chopper Gift Cards cannot be personalized at this time.

10. Can I place purchase restrictions on Price Chopper gift cards?
Price Chopper offers a restricted gift card that prohibits the purchase of alcohol and tobacco.

12. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

13. Will I earn Fuel AdvantEdgerewards with my gift card purchase?
Fuel AdvantEdge rewards are earned when the Price Chopper gift card is redeemed.

14. Where can I use my Price Chopper gift card?
We operate Price Chopper stores only in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We are not affiliated with Price Chopper stores in Kansas, Missouri, or Canada

15. How do I check the balance on a Price Chopper gift card?
Gift card balances can be checked by calling 1-800-666-7667 (option 1).

16. Are Price Chopper gift cards reloadable?
Price Chopper gift cards purchased online are non-reloadable, which means the card value is set at the time of purchase and cannot be replenished.

17. Are there items I can’t purchase with a Price Chopper gift card?
We are unable to accept Price Chopper gift cards for the purchase of money orders, utility payments, or lottery.

18. Do Price Chopper gift cards have an expiration date?
Cards will expire after 7 years(except where prohibited by law).

19. Are there any service fees associated with the gift cards?
To cover administrative fees, a $2.50 per month maintenance fee will be charged after 24 months of inactivity (except where prohibited by law).

20. What happens if a Price Chopper gift card is lost or stolen?
Gift cards should be treated as cash. Price Chopper is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of Price Chopper gift cards.

21. When is the gift card activated?
The gift cards are activated at the time the order is filled unless the order is over $300. See item 26 for more details.

22. Can I get cash refund for a Price Chopper gift card?
Price Chopper gift cards are non-refundable.

23. Can I get cash refund for purchases made with a Price Chopper gift card?
A receipt is required for all refunds along with the returned product. Purchases made with Price Chopper gift cards will be refunded to a Price Chopper gift card.

24. How do I ship gift cards to multiple addresses?
In order to ship to multiple addresses separate orders would have to be placed for each address.

25. Why doesn’t my Price Chopper log in work?
mygiftcardplace.com requires you to register the first time you use it, creating a unique password for this page.

26. Why should I wait to activate my gift cards?
Price Chopper gift cards should not be activated until received as stated in the confirmation email. If the cards are activated prior to receipt, risk of loss and title will pass to you. Price Chopper is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use, and will not replace lost, stolen or damaged cards or cards used without authorization.
